The path that female business leaders navigate to the executive ranks is widely discussed and contemplated. As more women achieve senior roles in the workplace, additional focus is placed on how they got there. What did these women do that puts them in or on the path to the C-Suite? Join Erin Wolf, Managing Partner of Suite Track and Founding Director of Kennesaw State University’s Coles College of Business Women’s Leadership Center and Holly Firestine, Chief People/Human Resources Officer of Navvis Healthcare, for a thought-provoking discussion about the unwritten rules of business. They will share lessons learned as the only female executives in corporate meetings and board rooms across the country. They will also discuss how using persistence, taking risks and defying cultural norms, gender stereotypes and conscious/ unconscious bias helped them reach their career goals. Both Erin and Holly share a passion for supporting fierce female leaders in their quest to lead at the highest level within an organization, no matter what C-level position that might be.
